Susan Antler serves as the Executive Director of The Composting Council of Canada, a member-driven organization devoted to the advancement of organics residuals recovery, composting and compost usage across the country. The Council has championed organics residuals recovery since its founding in 1991, developing a wide range of support initiatives including conferences and regional workshops, training and communication programs as well as helping to advance nation-wide standards for product quality. International Compost Awareness Week, Compost Quality Alliance, Certified Compost Operator Program and Plant a Row - Grow a Row are just some of the Council's initiatives.
